For many years, I carried questions about health, especially as I watched diabetes affect people close to me. I saw loved ones trying their best, following medical advice, yet still feeling confused as their blood sugar continued to rise. The more I observed, the more I realized how overwhelming it can be when you’re doing everything you know, but still not getting the results you hoped for.

When a close relative passed away from complications of diabetes — and when I later noticed my own fasting glucose beginning to rise — something shifted for me. Instead of fear, I felt a strong pull to understand more. I began learning about diabetes, insulin resistance, and chronic lifestyle diseases, and what I discovered gave me hope: genetics may influence our risks, but they do not have to dictate our future.

As I continued learning, I realized that many people struggle not because they don’t care, but because they were never taught how their bodies work or how daily lifestyle choices affect their health. That understanding became the foundation of my monthly health talks and later, my personalized coaching. I wanted to offer clear, practical guidance — the type of support that makes health feel less confusing and more achievable.

One of the most meaningful things I’ve learned is how closely our physical habits are connected to our mental and spiritual clarity. When the body is imbalanced, the mind becomes clouded, and it becomes harder to make sound decisions or even discern God’s leading. Supporting the body supports the mind — and supporting the mind helps us hear God more clearly.

Eden Restored grew naturally out of this purpose. I wanted to provide not only education, but also gentle, natural tools people could use along their healing journey. Every tincture, salve, and blend is made in small batches from carefully selected ingredients — simple, clean, and crafted with intention.

My mission is to guide and support individuals as they restore their health physically, mentally, and spiritually — through knowledge, lifestyle changes, and natural remedies that honor how God designed the body to function.
